Account settings

In short: Settings is where you manage your profiles, schedule, audenAI, memory, notifications, billing, and the extension. Most settings are per profile, so check which profile is active before changing them.

Open Settings from the sidebar.

What lives in Settings

Connected accounts	Add, switch, and manage your profiles across Twitter and LinkedIn.
Schedule	Set the timezone, daily goal, and posting slots for a profile.
audenAI	See your voice tier (Standard or Deep) and voice-related settings.
Memory	View and manage what audenAI remembers about you.
Notifications	Control what VoiceMoat notifies you about.
Preferences	General app preferences.
Billing	Your plan, top-ups, and payment, handled by Dodo Payments.
Extension	Connect and check the Chrome extension.

Settings are per profile

Your schedule, audenAI settings, and memory are set per profile. Switch profiles first, then adjust, so you are changing the one you mean to. Billing and plan are tied to your account and its plan slots.

Preferences apply on save

Preference changes take effect when you save them, not live as you toggle. If you navigate away without saving, unsaved changes are discarded.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account from Settings. This permanently removes your data: your profiles, voice analysis, generated content, and connected accounts. An export is available beforehand if you want your data first. For how we handle your data more broadly, see Security and your data.

Account deletion is permanent. Your voice profiles, drafts, and analytics are hard-deleted (within 30 days), so export anything you want to keep before you delete.

Common questions

Where do I change my plan? Settings → Billing. Changes go through Dodo Payments and take effect on your next cycle.

Why did my setting not apply? Preference rows apply on save. Make sure you saved before leaving the page.

Can I manage each profile separately? Yes. Schedule, audenAI, and memory are per profile. Switch to the profile you want, then change its settings.
