# Welcome to VoiceMoat

Your voice is your moat. VoiceMoat helps you scale it without losing it.

**In short:** VoiceMoat is the social media marketing platform for Twitter and LinkedIn. It trains a private AI, audenAI, on how you actually write, then helps you create, schedule, engage, and grow with posts, threads, and replies that read like you, not generic AI. audenAI drafts, you decide.

The bet is simple: in a feed full of competent, forgettable AI text, writing unmistakably like yourself is the last durable edge. So the whole product is built to protect your voice, not average it away.

#### What audenAI is

audenAI is the brain inside VoiceMoat. It learns your writing from your real posts across ten signals of voice (rhythm, vocabulary, hooks, structure, tone, and more), then drafts in your register and scores every draft against your own baseline.

It is a writing partner trained on your full profile. It is **not** a voice clone and **not** a set of templates. You supply the thought and make the final call; audenAI handles the blank page in your own style.

{% hint style="info" %} **You are always in control.** audenAI drafts, you decide. Nothing posts on autopilot without your hand on it, by design. Even Growth Autopilot only schedules posts after you review and approve them. {% endhint %}

#### The surfaces

Everything in VoiceMoat hangs off a few surfaces:

* **Voice Lab** trains your voice and shows you what audenAI learned.
* **Studio** is where you write posts and threads, with a live voice-match score and an Improve pass.
* **Replies and Engage** help you respond in your voice, on Twitter and LinkedIn.
* **Media Studio** turns a post into a meme or a designed graphic.
* **Growth mode** plans your week and, on higher plans, drafts a rolling calendar for you to approve.
* **Analytics** shows what is landing, with a written read from audenAI on what to do more of.
* The **Chrome extension** brings drafting and replying into Twitter and LinkedIn where you already work.

#### Two platforms, one voice model

VoiceMoat works across **Twitter and LinkedIn**. Each platform gets its own trained voice, because you do not write the same way in both places. You connect one or more accounts, pick which one you are working as, and the whole app follows that choice.

Twitter and LinkedIn are both first-class here. The only difference is what each network's rules allow a tool to do: on Twitter, VoiceMoat posts and replies directly; on LinkedIn, posting and scheduling are native too, while replies are draft-and-paste and analytics come through the Chrome extension, because LinkedIn's API rules are stricter. That is a LinkedIn constraint, not a gap in VoiceMoat. The Profiles and platforms section explains it in full.

#### Where to start

* New here? Start with the Quickstart.
* Want to understand plans first? See Plans and pricing.
* Curious how audenAI actually learns your voice? See Voice Lab.

# Quickstart

Your first few minutes with VoiceMoat. Sign up, train your voice, generate your first draft, and start replying.

**In short:** connect an account, train your voice, write your first post in Studio, reply with Engage or the extension, then schedule and measure. A few minutes end to end.

### 1. Connect an account

Sign in, then connect a **Twitter** or **LinkedIn** account. This is required: VoiceMoat needs a real account to learn your voice from and to post to. You can connect more than one later, on either platform.

See Connecting X and LinkedIn.

### 2. Train your voice

Open **Voice Lab** and build your voice profile. How it trains depends on the platform:

* **Twitter:** VoiceMoat reads your recent tweets through the Twitter API. Click to analyze. No upload, no paste.
* **LinkedIn:** use the Chrome extension to harvest your own recent posts in one click, or paste 5 to 10 of your posts if you would rather not install it.

Each platform gets its own voice, so train the one you want to work in first.

{% hint style="info" %}
Higher plans read more of your posts when training (up to 50 on Creator, 100 on Pro, 200 on Enterprise), so the voice profile has more to learn from. The first training is free; see Retraining your voice for later re-runs.
{% endhint %}

### 3. Write your first post

Open **Studio**, type a rough idea, and let audenAI draft it in your voice. Next to the draft you will see:

* a **voice-match score** ("N of M signals line up"),
* a **post coach** flagging craft issues,
* and an **engagement read** based on your own history.

Tighten it with a **tone** rewrite or the **Improve** pass, then post or schedule. On Twitter you can also build a **thread** (Pro and above). On LinkedIn you write a single post.

### 4. Reply in your voice

Go to **Replies**. The **Engage** tab surfaces posts worth replying to; pick a tone and audenAI drafts a reply in your voice.

* On **Twitter**, post through the reply window and mark it done.
* On **LinkedIn**, copy the draft and paste it as your comment.

Prefer to reply inside the feed? Install the **Chrome extension** and a reply coach appears on every post. See Chrome extension.

### 5. Schedule and measure

Set a posting schedule per profile in **Settings → Schedule**, then let **Analytics** show what is working, with a written read from audenAI on what to do more of.

### The daily habit

Most people settle into a simple loop:

1. check **Engage** for a few replies,
2. draft one post in **Studio**,
3. glance at **Analytics** once a week.

Everything stays in your voice, and most of the loop costs 1 credit per action.

# Plans and pricing

**In short:** a free plan plus three paid plans, Creator $35, Pro $69, and Enterprise $150 a month. Annual billing gives you two months free. Prices are in USD and billed through Dodo Payments, which handles tax automatically.

**The plans at a glance**

| Reports export        | no           | no       | no       | yes        |

**How to read the plans**

**Free** is for trying VoiceMoat, not daily posting. Voice training, Engage, scheduling, and audenAI chat are paid features, so the free plan mostly lets you look around.

**Creator** ($35) is the everyday plan for one to three profiles: full voice training, drafting, replies, scheduling, analytics, and Media Studio.

**Pro** ($69) adds the things power users hit: threads, posting media to live posts, Growth Autopilot, connecting VoiceMoat to an assistant like Claude, deeper analytics, and higher daily limits.

**Enterprise** ($150) adds **audenAI Deep**, the most profiles, all-time analytics, report exports, and pay-what-you-want top-ups.

{% hint style="info" %}
**Creator can create media but not post it.** Generating memes and graphics is on every paid plan. Posting media or threads to a live post needs Pro or above. The two are separate on purpose.
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="info" %}
**A Pro trial does not include the assistant connection.** It is on the paid Pro plan and on Enterprise. You can set the connection up on any plan, and it starts working the moment you upgrade, with no need to reconnect.
{% endhint %}

**Credits, not seats**

Each plan refills a **daily pool of credits** at midnight UTC (10, 150, 250, 400 for Free, Creator, Pro, Enterprise). Credits do not roll over. Most actions cost 1 credit; heavier ones cost a little more (a thread is 2, a full Improve pass is 5). This means your plan is measured by how much you do in a day, not by a fixed number of posts.

See Credits and the daily pool for the full cost table.

**audenAI comes in two tiers**

* **Standard** (Creator and Pro) drafts in your voice from your trained profile.
* **Deep** (Enterprise) adds a deeper read of your voice, drift guardrails, and audience-aware suggestions.

The tier follows your plan; there is no switch to flip. See audenAI Standard vs Deep.

**Trying it before you pay**

VoiceMoat offers a short **paid trial**: a small fee up front, a card on file, and it converts to the full plan at the end unless you cancel. It is not a free trial. Full terms are on Paid trial.

**Adding profiles and credits**

* Need more than the included profiles? You can buy **extra profile slots** on paid plans.
* Run out of credits in a day? Paid plans can buy **top-up** packs. See Top-up packs.

**Common questions**

**Can I change plans later?** Yes, up or down. Billing is handled by Dodo Payments, and changes take effect on your next cycle.

**Do prices include tax?** Dodo Payments is the merchant of record and applies any tax (such as India GST) at checkout, so what you see at checkout is the final amount.

**What happens to my data if I downgrade to Free?** Your profiles and history stay. You just drop to the Free limits, and paid features lock until you upgrade again.

**Which plan do I need to use VoiceMoat from Claude?** Pro or Enterprise. A Pro trial does not include it. See Connect VoiceMoat to an assistant.

# Profiles, accounts, and platforms

**In short:** a "profile" is one connected social account (one Twitter or one LinkedIn account). One voiceMoat login can own several profiles across both platforms, each with its own voice. You work as one active profile at a time, and it re-points the whole app.

voiceMoat works across Twitter and LinkedIn and can manage more than one account, so a few words mean specific things. This page defines them once.

### The three words

* **Profile** = one connected social account. Your Twitter account is a profile. Your LinkedIn account is a separate profile. A profile is where your voice, drafts, schedule, and history live.
* **Platform** = which network a profile is on, either **Twitter** or **LinkedIn**.
* **Account** (your VoiceMoat login) = the single sign-in that owns all of your profiles.

So one VoiceMoat login can own several profiles across both platforms.

{% hint style="info" %}
Because a Twitter profile and a LinkedIn profile are different profiles, **they each get their own trained voice.** You do not write the same way in both places, and VoiceMoat does not pretend you do. The same is true of two accounts on the same platform: each is its own profile with its own voice.
{% endhint %}

### An example

Say you run a personal Twitter account, a company Twitter account, and your LinkedIn. That is three profiles under one VoiceMoat login: two on Twitter, one on LinkedIn, each trained separately. You switch between them depending on what you are writing.

### One active profile at a time

You always work as **one active profile**. Whichever profile is active decides what the whole app shows you:

* which **voice** audenAI writes in,
* which **drafts, schedule, and library** you see,
* which **analytics** load,
* which **memory** audenAI has,
* and the accent colour (violet for Twitter, blue for LinkedIn).

Switching profiles re-points all of it. See Switching profiles.

### How many profiles each plan allows

Every plan includes one profile. Paid plans let you add more, up to a limit:

| Plan       | Profiles included |
| ---------- | ----------------- |
| Free       | 1                 |
| Creator    | 3                 |
| Pro        | 4                 |
| Enterprise | 6                 |

Each profile you add sits on its own plan slot, and your plan and credits are resolved **per profile**. If you need more than your plan includes, you can add extra profile slots on paid plans.

### One account, one owner

A given social account can only be connected to one VoiceMoat login at a time.

{% hint style="warning" %}
If you try to connect an account that already belongs to another VoiceMoat login, we will stop you. This keeps voices, drafts, and analytics from crossing between people. If an account is stuck on an old login you control, disconnect it there first.
{% endhint %}

### Common questions

**Is my Google or email sign-in a profile?** No. That is your VoiceMoat login (your account). It owns your profiles but is never itself a posting profile.

**Do profiles share credits?** Your daily credit pool is set by each profile's plan. Adding extra profile slots raises the daily pool for that plan.

**Can two profiles share a voice?** No, and that is deliberate. Each profile trains and keeps its own voice, so your LinkedIn tone never leaks into your Twitter drafts.

# Connecting Twitter and LinkedIn

**In short:** connect a Twitter or LinkedIn account to start. New logins have to connect one before using VoiceMoat. You can add more later, on either platform, from Settings, and each one counts against your plan's profile limit.

VoiceMoat learns your voice from a real account and, where the platform allows, posts on your behalf. So the first thing you do is connect one.

### Connect your first account

1. Sign in to VoiceMoat.
2. On the connect screen, choose **Twitter** or **LinkedIn**.
3. Authorize VoiceMoat in the sign-in window that opens. For Twitter this is the standard app authorization; for LinkedIn it reuses your existing LinkedIn session.
4. VoiceMoat reads your recent posts and trains a first voice profile, then lands you in the dashboard.

VoiceMoat stores a secure access token so it can read your posts and post for you. **It never sees or stores your password**, and you can revoke access at any time from the platform's own settings or by disconnecting here.

{% hint style="info" %}
Connecting is required. A new login with no connected account is sent to the connect screen and cannot use the product until an account is linked. This is what lets audenAI train on a real voice from the very first minute.
{% endhint %}

### Add another profile

Once you are in, add more profiles from **Settings → Connected accounts → Add another profile**.

1. Pick which **plan slot** the new profile joins. Every profile sits on its own slot, which is why adding one can prompt you to add a slot to your plan.
2. Authorize the account, the same way as the first.
3. The new profile trains its own voice and appears in your profile switcher.

Each plan includes a set number of profiles (Free 1, Creator 3, Pro 4, Enterprise 6). If you are at your limit, VoiceMoat offers to add a slot before connecting.

{% hint style="success" %}
**Reconnecting an account you already have does not use a new slot.** If a token expires or you want to refresh permissions, reconnecting the same account is free and keeps its voice and history.
{% endhint %}

### What each platform can do

Both platforms share the same core (trained voice, Studio, replies, scheduling, analytics, audenAI chat). They differ in what each network actually permits:

|                           | Twitter                                   | LinkedIn                                                       |
| ------------------------- | ----------------------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Train voice from | your tweets, read through the Twitter API | your own posts, harvested by the extension, or pasted |
| Post a single text update | opens the post window to confirm | posts directly through the API |
| Post threads and media | yes, on Pro and above | single post with images or one PDF; no threads, video, or GIFs |
| Reply | draft, then post through the reply window | draft, then copy and paste as your comment |
| Analytics | live from the Twitter API | gathered by the extension from your own session |

### How LinkedIn works differently

Twitter and LinkedIn are both fully supported. LinkedIn's API rules are stricter about what any tool may do, so two things work differently there:

{% hint style="info" %}
**VoiceMoat cannot post comments on LinkedIn for you.** LinkedIn does not permit it. Replies on LinkedIn are draft, copy, and paste: audenAI writes the comment in your voice, you copy it, and you paste it into LinkedIn yourself.
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="info" %}
**LinkedIn analytics come from the Chrome extension**, which reads your own post stats from your logged-in session, because LinkedIn's official analytics API is not open to us yet. Your follower count is entered by hand. Everything stays tied to your own account.
{% endhint %}

### Common questions

**Can I connect two Twitter accounts?** Yes. Profiles are per account, so you can run several Twitter profiles, several LinkedIn profiles, or a mix, up to your plan's limit. Each keeps its own voice.

**It says the account is owned by another user.** A social account can only be connected to one VoiceMoat login at a time. If you see this, the account is already linked elsewhere. Disconnect it from the other login first, or contact us if that is not possible.

**Do I need the extension to use LinkedIn?** For most things, yes. The extension is how LinkedIn voice training, home-feed discovery, and analytics get their data, since LinkedIn's APIs do not provide them. You can still train a LinkedIn voice by pasting posts if you would rather not install it.

**My voice did not train after connecting.** Voice training reads recent posts. If the account is brand new or has very few posts, there may not be enough to train on yet. Post a little, then re-run training from Voice Lab.

Next: Switching profiles.

# Switching profiles

**In short:** you work as one active profile at a time. Switch it from the sidebar or from Settings, and the whole app re-points to that profile: its voice, drafts, schedule, analytics, and memory.

### How to switch

There are two ways:

* **The profile switcher in the sidebar.** Pick any connected profile to make it active. The page reloads as that profile.
* **Settings → Connected accounts.** The "Acting as" panel lists every profile you own or help manage, and lets you switch there too.

There is also a **platform toggle** (Twitter or LinkedIn) that flips the accent colour and jumps to your main profile on that platform.

{% hint style="info" %}
If you have more than one profile on the **same** platform (say two Twitter accounts), use the sidebar switcher to pick the exact one. The platform toggle only jumps to your main profile on that platform.
{% endhint %}

### What changes when you switch

The active profile decides everything downstream:

* the **voice** audenAI writes in,
* the **drafts, scheduled posts, and library** you see,
* the **analytics** that load,
* the **memory** audenAI has for that profile,
* the **schedule and posting goal**, which are set per profile,
* and the accent colour (violet for Twitter, blue for LinkedIn).

Nothing crosses between profiles. Your LinkedIn voice never appears in your Twitter drafts, and one profile's memory stays with that profile.

### Train before you work

When you switch into a brand-new profile that has not been trained yet, VoiceMoat asks you to train its voice first. Replies, Inspiration, and drafting stay locked until that profile has a voice to write in.

{% hint style="success" %}
Training takes about a minute. On Twitter, click to analyze your tweets; on LinkedIn, harvest with the extension or paste a few posts. See Training your voice.
{% endhint %}

### Common questions

**Do I lose anything by switching?** No. Each profile keeps its own drafts, schedule, and history. Switching just changes which one you are looking at.

**Why did the colour change?** The accent follows the active platform: violet for Twitter, blue for LinkedIn. It is a quick visual cue for which profile you are working as.

**Can I be signed into two profiles at once?** You have one active profile at a time in the dashboard. To work in another, switch to it. The Chrome extension follows your active profile too.

# Voice Lab

**In short:** Voice Lab is where you train your voice and see what audenAI learned from it. It has four tabs, works per profile, and is platform-aware (a Twitter profile and a LinkedIn profile each have their own Voice Lab).

Open it from the sidebar. If a profile has not been trained yet, Voice Lab is the first thing it asks you to do.

### The four tabs

| Tab                | What it does                                                                                                            |
| ------------------ | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Insights** | Shows what audenAI learned from your real posts, and which of your recent posts broke out or fell flat. |
| **Dimensions** | A deep read of your voice across seven sections (rhythm, hooks, vocabulary, formatting, and more), generated on demand. |
| **Train audenAI** | Where you set writing rules, toggle the post-coach checks, keep a never-say list, and preview the effect live. |
| **Engage persona** | Product mentions and the projects you are working on, so replies and posts can reference them naturally. |

### What each tab is for

**Insights** is the "what does audenAI think I sound like" view. It is the fastest way to sanity-check that training worked.

**Dimensions** goes deeper: seven cached sections that break your voice down (voice dimensions, hook styles, sentence rhythm, emoji habits, vocabulary, formatting, topic clusters). It is generated by audenAI and refreshes on a limited schedule rather than on every visit.

{% hint style="info" %}
The Dimensions deep read refreshes on a rolling limit: once every 30 days on Creator, twice on Pro, and once every 7 days on Enterprise. Free plans do not generate it. Everyday drafting does not need a refresh; this is the occasional deep re-read.
{% endhint %}

**Train audenAI** is the steering wheel. You are not retyping your voice here; you are nudging it with explicit rules (emoji use, casing, punctuation, reply length), turning post-coach checks on or off, and listing words or phrases you never want to see. A live preview shows the effect as you change things.

**Engage persona** is what keeps replies grounded. It holds a short "about you", your writing rules for replies, and any product or project you want audenAI to be able to mention, so drafts sound like a real person with context, not a generic commenter.

### Per profile, per platform

Voice Lab always reflects the **active profile**. Switch profiles and you are looking at that profile's voice. A Twitter voice and a LinkedIn voice are trained and stored separately, because you write differently in each place.

### Who can use it

Voice Lab (training and all four tabs) is a paid feature. Free plans cannot train a voice; Creator, Pro, and Enterprise can, along with the trial.

### Next steps

* Training your voice: how training actually works on each platform.
* The 10 signals: what audenAI listens for.
* Retraining your voice: keeping it current as you evolve.

# Training your voice

**In short:** audenAI learns your voice from your real posts. On Twitter it reads your tweets through the API automatically; on LinkedIn it harvests your own posts with the Chrome extension, or you paste a few. Higher plans read more posts. The first training is free.

### Twitter

On a Twitter profile, training is automatic. In Voice Lab, click **Analyze my tweets** (or Re-analyze). VoiceMoat pulls your recent tweets through the Twitter API and builds your voice profile from them.

There is no upload and no paste. audenAI reads what you have already published.

### LinkedIn

LinkedIn does not offer an API for reading your posts, so training works one of two ways:

1. **Harvest with the Chrome extension (recommended).** With the extension installed and you signed in to LinkedIn, VoiceMoat reads your own recent posts from your session in one click.
2. **Paste your posts.** No extension? Paste 5 to 10 of your own posts (a minimum of 5) into Voice Lab and audenAI trains on those.

{% hint style="info" %}
LinkedIn voice trains only on **your own** LinkedIn posts. VoiceMoat used to be able to derive a LinkedIn voice from your Twitter writing; that is retired. Your LinkedIn voice now comes from LinkedIn, so it reflects how you actually write there.
{% endhint %}

### How much it reads

Higher plans read more of your posts when building the profile, so there is more to learn from:

| Plan | Posts read when training |
| ---------- | ------------------------ |
| Free       | 20                       |
| Creator    | 50                       |
| Pro        | 100                      |
| Enterprise | 200                      |

(Free cannot build a voice profile in practice; training is a paid feature.)

### What it costs

The **first training is free**. Later re-trainings draw from your monthly training allowance and cost credits (20, or 30 on Pro and 50 on Enterprise, reflecting the larger read). Your monthly training allowance is 2 on Creator, 4 on Pro, and 8 on Enterprise. See Retraining your voice.

### Your data stays yours

{% hint style="success" %}
Your posts and the voice profile built from them are never used to train shared models or improve anyone else's experience. On LinkedIn, harvested data is locked to your own account identity, so it cannot be written to a different profile.
{% endhint %}

### Common questions

**How many posts do I need?** Enough to have a pattern. A handful works to start; more is better. If an account is brand new with very few posts, training may not have much to learn from yet.

**Can I train on someone else's writing?** No. Voice training is for your own voice. Studying other creators is a different feature; see Creator Library.

**I retrained and the voice changed a lot.** That is expected if your recent posting shifted. Training reflects your recent writing. If you want to steer it, use the Train audenAI tab's rules rather than retraining repeatedly.

# The 10 signals

**In short:** audenAI reads your writing across ten signals of voice, not just "topic" or "tone". Together they are what make a draft sound like you instead of like a generic assistant.

### Why signals, not a style setting

Most tools treat voice as a slider (more casual, more formal) or a brand-voice document you fill in. That produces writing that is roughly in the right direction but still reads as generic. audenAI instead measures your actual writing across many dimensions at once, so a draft matches the specific fingerprint of how you write.

### The ten signals

1. **Sentence rhythm**: how long or short you run, where you break, when you fragment.
2. **Vocabulary**: the words and register you reach for, and the ones you never use.
3. **Hooks**: how you open, whether a question, a bold claim, a stat, a story, or a direct address.
4. **Structure**: how you build a post or a thread from start to finish.
5. **Tone**: your mix of formality, confidence, humour, warmth, and edge.
6. **Punctuation**: your habits with commas, line breaks, ellipses, and casing.
7. **Recurring references**: the ideas, people, and themes you come back to.
8. **Taboos**: the phrasings and clichés you avoid.
9. **Mode-specific register**: how your voice shifts between a tweet, a reply, and a thread.
10. **Persona markers**: the small tells that make your writing recognisably yours.

### How they show up in the product

* When audenAI drafts, it writes to match these signals, then scores the draft against your baseline. That score is the **voice match** you see in Studio ("N of M signals line up").
* The **Dimensions** tab in Voice Lab breaks several of these signals out so you can see them.
* The **Train audenAI** tab lets you nudge some of them directly (punctuation, casing, emoji, never-say list).

{% hint style="info" %}
Signal 9, mode-specific register, is why a reply audenAI writes sounds different from a thread it writes. It learns that you are not the same on a quick reply as you are in a long post, and keeps each in its own register.
{% endhint %}

### An honest note

The ten signals are a way of describing what audenAI measures, not ten dials you set by hand. You do not tune each one; you train on your posts and steer with rules. The point is that voice is many things at once, and audenAI treats it that way.

Next: audenAI Standard vs Deep.

# audenAI Standard vs Deep

**In short:** audenAI comes in two tiers. **Standard** (Creator and Pro) drafts in your voice from your trained profile. **Deep** (Enterprise) adds a deeper read of your voice, drift protection, audience-aware suggestions, and correction memory. The tier follows your plan; there is no switch.

### What each tier does

|                                                           | Standard     | Deep                       |
| --------------------------------------------------------- | ------------ | -------------------------- |
| Drafts in your trained voice | yes | yes |
| Voice match score on every draft | yes | yes |
| Deeper read of your Voice Lab dimensions | no | yes |
| Drift protection (catches when a draft wanders off-voice) | no           | yes                        |
| Audience-aware suggestions (Twitter)                      | no           | yes                        |
| Correction memory (learns from your edits) | no | yes |
| Plans | Creator, Pro | Enterprise (and the trial) |

### Standard

Standard is the everyday audenAI. It writes in your voice, scores each draft against your baseline, and powers Studio, replies, ideas, and chat. For most people it is all they need.

### Deep

Deep adds four things on top:

* **A deeper read of your voice.** It leans on the full Dimensions analysis from Voice Lab, not just the base profile, so drafts track finer details of how you write.
* **Drift protection.** When a draft starts drifting away from your voice, Deep notices and corrects toward you before you see it. There is no separate screen for this; it works quietly inside the draft.
* **Audience-aware suggestions (Twitter).** Deep folds in what has actually been landing with your audience, so its suggestions are grounded in your real performance, not just your style.
* **Correction memory.** When you edit a draft, Deep remembers the direction of your change and applies it next time.

{% hint style="info" %}
The trial runs on **Deep**, so you can feel the difference before deciding. After the trial, Deep is part of the Enterprise plan.
{% endhint %}

### The tier follows your plan

You do not choose Standard or Deep per post. It is set by your plan and resolved per profile, so there is no toggle to forget. Upgrade to Enterprise and every profile on it moves to Deep.

{% hint style="warning" %}
audenAI never exposes the underlying models by name, and neither do we. "Standard" and "Deep" describe what the tier does for your writing, which is what matters here.
{% endhint %}

### Common questions

**Is Deep just "a bigger model"?** It is more than that. The four capabilities above (deeper voice read, drift protection, audience awareness, correction memory) are what you are getting, not just raw horsepower.

**Does Standard still score voice match?** Yes. The voice-match score is on every draft, on both tiers. Deep adds the drift correction on top.

**Can I try Deep without Enterprise?** Yes, through the trial, which runs on Deep. See Free trial.

# Ask audenAI

**In short:** Ask audenAI is a chat with the brain that knows your voice. It can answer questions, brainstorm, draft, and take small actions in the app. It costs 1 credit for a plain answer, 2 when it uses a tool, and it is a paid feature.

### Where to find it

* **On desktop**, audenAI sits in a docked rail you can open from the side of the dashboard.
* **On mobile**, it is a floating bubble.

Either way it is the same chat, and it always knows the **active profile's** voice and context.

### What it can do

Ask audenAI is not just a Q\&A box. It can:

* answer questions about your voice, your posts, and how to use VoiceMoat,
* brainstorm angles and hooks,
* draft a post or reply in your voice and hand it to Studio,
* and take small in-app actions (navigate you somewhere, pull something up, help generate media).

Because it knows your trained voice and your Memory, its drafts and suggestions are grounded in you, not generic.

### What it costs

{% hint style="info" %}
A plain answer costs **1 credit**. A turn where audenAI uses a tool (drafting, generating, acting in the app) costs **2 credits**. You will see credits drawn from your daily pool as you chat.
{% endhint %}

### Who can use it

Ask audenAI is a paid feature. Creator, Pro, Enterprise, and the trial can use it. Free plans and expired trials cannot; the chat is locked until you are on a paid plan.

The tier of audenAI in chat follows your plan: Standard on Creator and Pro, Deep on Enterprise and the trial. See audenAI Standard vs Deep.

### Memory

audenAI remembers useful facts from your chats (your goals, projects, preferences) so you do not have to repeat yourself. You control exactly what it keeps. See Memory.

### Common questions

**Does it post for me?** No. It can draft and hand a post to Studio, but you still review and post. Nothing goes out without your action.

**Why did a message cost 2 credits?** That turn used a tool (drafting, generating, or acting in the app) rather than just answering. Plain answers are 1 credit.

**Does it know which profile I am on?** Yes. It always uses the active profile's voice and memory. Switch profiles and the chat follows.

# Memory

**In short:** as you chat with audenAI, it remembers useful facts about you (your goals, projects, preferences) so it does not ask twice. You can see everything it remembers, pin what matters, edit or delete anything, and clear it all. Memory is on every plan.

Find it at **Settings → Memory**.

### What audenAI remembers

Memory holds two kinds of thing:

* **Facts** audenAI has picked up from your chats, sorted into six categories:
  * **Preferences**: how you like things done,
  * **Goals**: what you are working toward,
  * **About you**: who you are,
  * **Projects**: what you are building,
  * **Decisions**: calls you have made,
  * **Other context**: anything else useful.
* **Conversation summaries**: short recaps of past chats, so a thread of context is not lost.

{% hint style="info" %}
Facts are pulled out of your chats automatically. You do not add them by hand. If audenAI learned something wrong or out of date, just edit or delete it.
{% endhint %}

### What you control

For each **fact** you can:

* **Pin** it, so audenAI always keeps it front of mind,
* **Edit** it (up to 280 characters),
* **Delete** it, with a few seconds to undo.

**Summaries** are read-only, but you can delete them. And **Clear all memory** wipes everything for the profile behind a confirm.

{% hint style="success" %}
Deleting a fact means audenAI will not re-learn it from old chats. Your underlying conversations are never deleted by clearing memory; only the remembered facts and summaries are.
{% endhint %}

### Memory is per profile

Memory is scoped to the active profile and platform. Your Twitter profile's memory and your LinkedIn profile's memory are separate, and a multi-profile view lets you look at each one. What audenAI remembers for one profile never leaks into another.

### How it is used

Pinned and relevant memory is fed into audenAI when it drafts or chats, so its output reflects what it knows about you. This is what lets it reference your project by name, or keep to a preference, without you restating it every time.

### Common questions

**Is memory tied to my plan?** No. Memory works the same on every plan, including how it is used in drafting and chat.

**Can I stop it remembering something?** Delete the fact. It will not be re-derived from old chats. You can also clear everything at once.

**Does memory change my voice?** No. Voice comes from training (see Training your voice). Memory is about facts and context, not how you write.

# Retraining your voice

**In short:** your voice changes over time, so you can retrain audenAI on your newer posts whenever you like. The first training is free; later ones draw from a monthly allowance and cost credits.

### When to retrain

Retrain when your writing has moved on from what audenAI last learned:

* you have shifted topics or audience,
* your style has evolved,
* or an early profile was trained on too few posts and you have posted plenty since.

You do not need to retrain often. Day to day, steering with rules in the **Train audenAI** tab is usually enough (see below).

### How to retrain

In **Voice Lab**, run **Re-analyze** (Twitter) or re-harvest / re-paste your posts (LinkedIn). audenAI reads your recent posts again and rebuilds the profile. Higher plans read more posts each time (50 Creator, 100 Pro, 200 Enterprise).

### What it costs

{% hint style="info" %}
The **first training is free**. After that, retraining uses your monthly training allowance and costs credits:

* Allowance: 2 per month on Creator, 4 on Pro, 8 on Enterprise.
* Cost: 20 credits (30 on Pro, 50 on Enterprise, reflecting the larger read).
  {% endhint %}

### Retrain, or just steer?

Retraining rebuilds the whole profile from your posts. If you only want to adjust a habit (less emoji, shorter replies, a phrase to avoid), you do not need to retrain at all. Use the **Train audenAI** tab in Voice Lab:

* set writing rules (emoji, casing, punctuation, reply length),
* keep a never-say list,
* and watch the live preview change.

{% hint style="success" %}
Rule of thumb: **retrain** when *what* you write has changed, **steer** when you just want to tweak *how* a specific thing comes out.
{% endhint %}

### Common questions

**Will retraining lose my rules?** No. Your Train audenAI rules and never-say list are separate from the trained profile and stay in place.

**How often should I retrain?** Only when your writing has genuinely moved. Most people go long stretches without needing to, and steer with rules in between.

**Does retraining affect my other profiles?** No. Each profile trains separately. Retraining your Twitter voice does nothing to your LinkedIn voice.

# Studio

**In short:** Studio is where you write. Type a rough idea, audenAI drafts it in your voice, and a scoring rail shows the voice match, an engagement read, and craft checks. On Twitter you can build a thread; on LinkedIn you write a single post.

Open Studio from the sidebar. It always writes in the **active profile's** voice.

### Writing a post

1. Type an idea, a rough draft, or a one-line prompt.
2. Ask audenAI to draft it, or write it yourself and use the quick actions to sharpen it.
3. Watch the scoring rail (voice match, engagement, post coach).
4. Post, schedule, or save as a draft.

**Character limits:** Twitter is 280 (or 25,000 with X Premium); LinkedIn is 3,000.

### Threads (Twitter)

On a Twitter profile, use **Add to thread** to build a thread, up to 10 posts. Threads are a Pro feature; on Creator you will be prompted to upgrade. LinkedIn is single-post only, so the thread option is hidden there.

### The quick actions

Below the editor, audenAI can transform your draft:

| Action               | What it does                                         | Notes          |
| -------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------- | -------------- |
| Write like a creator | Rework it using a creator's structure, in your voice | Pro and above |
| Rewrite in tone | Shift the tone (pick from the tone list) | credit-metered |
| Make shorter         | Tighten it                                           | credit-metered |
| Add hook             | Strengthen the opening                               | credit-metered |
| Generate visuals | Turn the post into a graphic | any paid plan |
| Make a meme | Turn the post into a meme | any paid plan |

See Tones and Improve for the deeper rewrite passes.

### The scoring rail

Beside your draft, Studio shows four reads:

* **Engagement prediction**: an impressions range based on your own history.
* **Algorithm score**: a Twitter algorithm read (15 signals) on Twitter, or a LinkedIn algorithm-fit and reach band on LinkedIn.
* **Post coach**: a craft check that honours the checks you set in Voice Lab.
* **Voice match**: a live score ("N of M signals line up"), with a **Deep voice check** button for a closer read.

{% hint style="info" %}
The voice-match number updates live as you edit, so you can watch a draft move closer to (or further from) your voice. The Deep voice check is a paid, on-demand closer read.
{% endhint %}

### "What should we draft today?"

Studio also suggests a few post ideas to get you unstuck. Refreshing them draws a small **daily allowance** (5 on Creator, 10 on Pro, 25 on Enterprise), not credits. "Write" opens audenAI to draft the idea in your voice. More on discovery in Ideas and Inspiration.

### Preview, rate, improve

Three tabs sit at the top of Studio:

* **Preview**: a device-accurate preview for Twitter or LinkedIn.
* **Rate post**: a 1-to-10 verdict card with a reason.
* **Improve**: Quick and Full rewrite passes (details).

### Posting from Studio

How a post goes out depends on the platform and what is in it. See Scheduling for the full picture, including why a plain Twitter post opens a confirm window while threads, media, and LinkedIn posts publish directly.

# Tones and Improve

**In short:** tones rewrite a draft in a different register while staying in your voice; Improve is a heavier rewrite pass, either a quick set of options or one deep polish. Both are in Studio.

### Tones

A tone shifts the register of a draft without leaving your voice. Pick one and audenAI rewrites the post to match it. There are 13 tones:

Hype, Thoughtful, Witty, Roast, Agree and Build, Respectful Pushback, Concise, Story, Probing Question, Contrarian, Chill, Provocative, Educational.

{% hint style="info" %}
Two tones (Roast and Chill) are Twitter-only, since they rarely fit LinkedIn. The rest are available on both platforms. Tones are the same set you will see in the Engage reply grid.
{% endhint %}

A tone rewrite is credit-metered (it is one generation), and it always writes in your trained voice, so "Witty" comes out as *your* witty, not a generic one.

### Improve

Improve is a bigger rewrite than a single tone shift. It has two modes:

| Mode      | What it does                                                 | Cost      |
| --------- | ------------------------------------------------------------ | --------- |
| **Quick** | Returns 2 to 3 fast rewrites to pick from                    | 3 credits |
| **Full** | One deep pass: grammar, then hook, then line breaks and flow | 5 credits |

**Quick** is for "give me a few options". **Full** is for "make this genuinely better", and it runs a more thorough pass (and on Enterprise, a closer best-of read) before handing you the result.

{% hint style="info" %}
Improve applies its result back into your Studio draft, so you can keep editing from there. If a pass fails, the credits are refunded.
{% endhint %}

### When to use which

* **Tone**: you like the draft but want a different feel.
* **Quick Improve**: you want a couple of alternative takes to choose from.
* **Full Improve**: the draft is rough and you want one clean, polished version.

### Common questions

**Do tones change my voice?** No. A tone changes the register (more hype, more concise) while keeping your voice underneath. That is the point.

**Why does Full cost more than Quick?** Full does more work: a multi-step pass and, on higher tiers, a best-of read. Quick is a fast handful of options.

**Can I undo an Improve?** Improve writes into your draft, so your previous text is replaced. Copy anything you want to keep first, or re-draft.

# Ideas and Inspiration

**In short:** never sure what to post? Studio suggests daily ideas, and the Inspiration page surfaces a feed of what is working, plus playbooks and creators to study. It routes you into Studio to actually write.

### Two different things named similarly

VoiceMoat has a **Calendar** and an **Inspiration** page, and it is easy to mix them up:

* **Calendar** (the "content" area) is your schedule of drafts, scheduled, and posted content. It does not generate ideas. See Scheduling.
* **Inspiration** is where you find things to write about.

This page is about Inspiration.

### Daily ideas in Studio

The fastest nudge is in Studio itself: a short list of **suggested ideas** tailored to you. Refreshing them uses a small daily allowance (5 on Creator, 10 on Pro, 25 on Enterprise), not credits. Hit "Write" on one and audenAI drafts it in your voice.

### The Inspiration page

The Inspiration page has three tabs:

| Tab           | What it is                                                                            |
| ------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Feed** | A stream of posts worth learning from, in your niche. |
| **Playbooks** | Reusable structures (creator formats, hook patterns) you can apply in your own voice. |
| **Creators** | Creators you can study and track. |

On **Twitter**, the feed is drawn from a trending and directory view, and you can analyze any creator by handle. On **LinkedIn**, the feed is For-you, Explore, and Saved, grown by the Chrome extension reading the home feed and creators you point it at.

{% hint style="info" %}
Analyzing a creator (a full breakdown of how they write) is credit-metered at 5 credits. Browsing the feed and playbooks is not.
{% endhint %}

### From inspiration to a draft

Everything here routes into Studio. A playbook or a creator's structure becomes a starting point that audenAI fills in **in your voice**, not a copy-paste. The goal is to study what works and make it yours, which is the whole idea behind the Creator Library.

### Tracked creators

You can track a set of creators to follow their posts in both Inspiration and Engage. Your plan sets how many: 5 on Creator, 10 on Pro, 20 on Enterprise. Free plans do not track creators.

### Common questions

**Is the feed personalised?** It is shaped around your niche and the creators you track. On LinkedIn it is grown by what the extension harvests from your home feed.

**Does using a playbook copy someone's post?** No. A playbook is a structure. audenAI writes new content in your voice using that shape, so you learn the pattern without cloning the post.

# Creator Library

**In short:** the Creator Library is for studying how good creators write, breaking their hooks and structures down, and applying those patterns in your own voice. It is study, not copy-paste.

### What it is for

Everyone learns by studying people who are better. The Creator Library makes that deliberate: pick a creator, see how they build a hook, a thread, or a reply, then generate your own version in your voice using the same structure.

### Hook tear-downs

Strong posts usually start with a strong hook. The library breaks a creator's hooks down into patterns you can reuse, so instead of staring at a blank first line you start from a shape that is known to work, and write it as yourself.

{% hint style="info" %}
A full creator analysis (a deeper breakdown of how a specific creator writes) is credit-metered at 5 credits. The patterns it produces are then yours to reuse.
{% endhint %}

### Write like a creator

In Studio, **Write like a creator** takes one of the creators you have analyzed and drafts your post using their structure, in your voice. It is a Pro feature.

{% hint style="warning" %}
"Write like a creator" borrows a creator's **structure**, not their words. The output is your voice on a proven skeleton. It is not a way to imitate someone or pass their writing off as yours.
{% endhint %}

### Reuse what worked

The library also helps you reuse your own winners: take a post that landed and spin a fresh angle on it in your voice, so a good idea can work more than once without reading as a repeat.

### Tracked creators

Studying creators uses the same tracked-creator list as Engage and Inspiration. Your plan sets how many you can track: 5 on Creator, 10 on Pro, 20 on Enterprise.

### Common questions

**Is this different from Inspiration?** They overlap. Inspiration is about discovering what to write about; the Creator Library is about studying specific creators and reusing structures (and your own past winners) in your voice.

**Can I copy a creator's post directly?** No, and that is deliberate. The library gives you structures and patterns to write your own version. Copying would defeat the whole point of sounding like you.

# Media Studio

**In short:** Media Studio turns a post into a visual. It has a meme creator and a designed-image creator, plus a way for audenAI to generate custom visuals straight from your post. Creating media is on every paid plan.

Open it from the sidebar, or reach it from Studio's **Generate visuals** and **Make a meme** buttons.

### Two creators

#### Meme creator

Pick from a large, always-current set of meme templates (over a hundred, refreshed regularly), add your captions, and use it in a post. Caption edits re-render for free, and finished memes save to your Library automatically.

#### Image creator

Designed graphics, not AI-generated raster images. You choose:

* a **template** (10, including quote card, list card, stat card, cover slide, checklist, CTA card, and more),
* a **style** (editorial, tinted, or numeral),
* a **theme** (10) and a **size preset** (5),
* and optional fonts, a signature, and a background.

Make a single graphic or a **2 to 4 slide carousel**. Export a PNG (single) or a PDF (carousel). Restyling or editing text re-renders for free.

### Custom visuals from your post

audenAI can also read a finished post and propose visuals for it: a few validated designs drop into the Ask-audenAI panel, and "Use this" attaches one back to your post.

{% hint style="info" %}
Generating visuals is credit-metered: 3 credits for a single visual, 5 for a batch. If a generation fails, the credits are refunded. This same generator powers the visuals in Growth Autopilot.
{% endhint %}

### Who can use it

Creating media (memes, images, and generated visuals) is available on **every paid plan**: Creator, Pro, Enterprise, and the trial. Free plans cannot.

{% hint style="warning" %}
Creator can **create** media but **cannot post** media to a live post. Posting media (or threads) to Twitter needs Pro or above. So a Creator user might make a graphic and then post it manually, or upgrade to post it through VoiceMoat. See Scheduling.
{% endhint %}

### How carousels differ by platform

* On **Twitter**, a carousel is posted as a set of images (up to 4).
* On **LinkedIn**, a carousel becomes a swipeable **PDF document** post, which is how LinkedIn handles multi-slide content.

### Common questions

**Are the images AI-generated art?** No. The image creator makes clean designed graphics from templates (like a quote card or a stat card), which is what performs on these platforms. The meme creator uses real meme templates.

**Where do finished visuals go?** They auto-save to the Media tab of your Library, so you can reuse them.

# Library

**In short:** the Library holds everything you have made or saved: drafts, scheduled posts, saved inspiration, and generated media. Editing a draft reopens it in Studio.

Open it from the sidebar. It reflects the **active profile**.

### The five tabs

| Tab | What it holds | What you can do |
| ------------- | -------------------------------------- | -------------------------------------------- |
| **All** | Drafts and scheduled posts together | Select several and delete |
| **Drafts** | Posts you saved but have not scheduled | Edit, mark posted, delete |
| **Scheduled** | Posts queued to publish | Edit, unschedule |
| **Saved** | Inspiration you bookmarked | Reuse (remix), unsave |
| **Media** | Visuals you generated | Use, edit, delete (filter graphics or memes) |

There is no "posted" tab. Once something is posted, it lives in Analytics, not the Library.

### Editing a draft

Editing a draft reopens it in **Studio**, preloaded with its text and any media. Save, and it updates the same draft rather than making a new one. This is the loop for polishing a post over a few sittings.

### Scheduled posts

From the Scheduled tab you can edit a queued post or unschedule it. Editing opens it in the composer with its scheduled time attached.

### Media tab

The Media tab is your saved graphics and memes, filterable by type. "Use" drops one into a post. This tab is part of Media Studio, so it needs a paid plan (any paid plan can create and keep media).

{% hint style="info" %}
The Library is per profile. Switch profiles and you see that profile's drafts, schedule, saved items, and media. Nothing crosses between profiles.
{% endhint %}

### Common questions

**Where did my posted tweet go?** Posted content moves to Analytics, where you can see how it performed. Marking a draft as posted just clears it from Drafts.

**Can I reschedule from the Library?** You can edit or unschedule a scheduled post. To move it, edit it and set a new time in the composer.

**Can I bulk-delete?** Yes, from the All tab (drafts and scheduled). The Saved and Media tabs are managed item by item.

# Scheduling

**In short:** set a posting schedule per profile (timezone, a daily goal, and time slots), then queue posts to it. How a post publishes depends on the platform and what is in it: plain Twitter posts open a confirm window, while threads, media, and LinkedIn posts publish directly.

### Your schedule, per profile

Go to **Settings → Schedule**. Each profile has its own schedule:

* a **timezone**,
* a **daily posting goal** (1 to 20, which drives your posting streak in Analytics),
* and a **7-day slot grid** where you set the times you want to post, with a day on/off switch.

There are quick helpers to copy Monday's slots across weekdays, or copy a schedule from another profile.

{% hint style="info" %}
On Twitter, VoiceMoat can offer **audenAI-picked** time slots based on when your audience is active. On LinkedIn, you get sensible generic presets instead, because the data-backed timing needs Twitter's analytics.
{% endhint %}

### Scheduling a post

From Studio, the Schedule dialog gives you four options:

* **Next slot**: the next open time on your schedule,
* **audenAI picks**: the best upcoming time (Twitter),
* **Auto-schedule**: drops it into the next available slot, respecting your horizon and daily cap,
* **Custom time**: pick it yourself.

Scheduled posts publish automatically at their time, using your own account's permissions.

### How far ahead, and how many

Your plan sets how far ahead you can schedule and how many posts per day:

|                         | Free          | Creator | Pro     | Enterprise |
| ----------------------- | ------------- | ------- | ------- | ---------- |
| Schedule horizon        | not available | 7 days  | 15 days | 30 days    |
| Scheduled posts per day | 0             | 3       | 4       | 5          |

### How posts actually publish

This is the one genuinely different-by-platform part:

| What you are posting | How it goes out |
| ------------------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Plain single Twitter post (text only) | Opens the Twitter post window for you to confirm, then you mark it done. No automatic posting. |
| Twitter thread or a post with media | Publishes directly through the API (needs Pro or above). |
| Any LinkedIn post | Publishes directly through the API: single post, images or one PDF, no threads, video, or GIFs. |

{% hint style="warning" %}
A plain Twitter text post is intentionally hands-on: VoiceMoat opens the post pre-filled and you confirm. Threads, media, and LinkedIn posts publish for you. This is why posting media or threads needs Pro (the `post media` capability), while a plain tweet does not.
{% endhint %}

### Common questions

**Do I have to be online when a scheduled post fires?** No. Scheduled posts publish on their own at the set time.

**Why does my plain tweet open a window instead of just posting?** That is by design for plain single tweets. Threads, media, and LinkedIn posts publish directly.

**Can Free schedule posts?** No. Scheduling is a paid feature. Free can draft and post in the moment, but not queue ahead.

# Replies and Engage (Twitter)

**In short:** the Engage tab finds tweets worth replying to and drafts a reply in your voice. You pick a tone, audenAI writes one reply, and you post it through the reply window. Replies are a paid feature.

Open **Replies** from the sidebar. On a Twitter profile you will see the **Engage** grid and an **Extension** tab. (You must have a trained voice first; an untrained profile is asked to train before replying.)

### How Engage works

1. VoiceMoat surfaces up to five candidate tweets worth replying to.
2. For each one, pick a **tone** (or let audenAI pick) and it drafts **one** reply in your voice.
3. Edit if you want, then **post through the reply window** and mark it done.

There is one reply per generate, not a pile of variants to sift through. You get one free regenerate per tweet if the first is not right.

{% hint style="info" %}
Replies are drafted in **your own** voice plus your **Engage persona** (the "about you" and product notes you set in Voice Lab). It is not a "reply as this creator" tool; it is you, sounding like you, with context.
{% endhint %}

### Where candidates come from

Your Engage grid blends three sources, ranked and de-duplicated:

* your **home timeline**,
* recent posts matching your **keywords**,
* and recent posts from the **creators you track**.

Fresh candidates appear through the day, and you can **Refresh** anytime to pull more. A paid **extra pull** (40 more slots for 5 credits) is there when you want a bigger batch.

### The two limits worth understanding

Replying touches two separate caps. They are easy to confuse, so here they are side by side:

|                                 | Free | Creator | Pro | Enterprise |
| ------------------------------- | ---- | ------- | --- | ---------- |
| **Replies per day (overall)**   | 10   | 150     | 300 | 500        |
| **Engage reply budget per day** | 0    | 30      | 70  | 100        |
| Candidate pulls per day         | 0    | 60      | 100 | 150        |
| Keyword searches                | 0    | 3       | 5   | 10         |
| Tracked creators                | 0    | 5       | 10  | 20         |

* The **overall** reply limit is your total replies a day, including those from the Chrome extension.
* The **Engage budget** is the smaller allowance specifically for replies sent from the Engage grid.

{% hint style="info" %}
The Engage budget only ticks when you **mark a reply done**. Drafting and regenerating do not spend it. Each drafted reply does cost 1 credit from your daily pool.
{% endhint %}

Free plans cannot use Engage (it is a paid feature). For replying on LinkedIn, see Replies on LinkedIn.

### Common questions

**Why does posting open a window instead of posting directly?** Twitter replies go out through the reply window so you confirm each one. You then mark it done, which ticks your Engage budget.

**Do skips cost anything?** No. Skipping a candidate is free.

**Can I reply without opening the dashboard?** Yes. The Chrome extension puts a reply coach on every tweet in your feed.

# Replies on LinkedIn

**In short:** replying on LinkedIn works the same way as Twitter, with one difference: VoiceMoat cannot post comments on LinkedIn for you, so you draft a reply in your voice, copy it, and paste it as your comment.

Open **Replies** on a LinkedIn profile and you will see the LinkedIn reply grid. (There is no Extension tab here; the extension's LinkedIn role is harvesting, not posting.)

### How it works

1. VoiceMoat surfaces LinkedIn posts worth replying to.
2. Pick a **tone** and audenAI drafts **one** comment in your LinkedIn voice.
3. **Copy** the draft and **paste** it as your comment on LinkedIn.
4. Confirm you commented, which ticks your reply budget.

{% hint style="warning" %}
LinkedIn does not allow tools to post comments on a member's behalf, so this step is manual by necessity. audenAI writes the comment; you paste it. There is no way around this that stays within LinkedIn's rules.
{% endhint %}

### Tones

The LinkedIn reply grid offers 9 tones plus a per-post custom angle: Thoughtful, Agree and Build, Respectful Pushback, Contrarian, Witty, Question, Concise, Story, and a random pick. The more casual Twitter-only tones (Roast, Chill) are not offered, since they rarely fit LinkedIn.

### Where candidates come from

LinkedIn posts to reply to come from:

* the **creators you track**, and
* a shared pool built from your **home feed**, harvested by the Chrome extension.

So the extension is what keeps your LinkedIn reply grid stocked. Without it, you can still reply to tracked creators, but the home-feed pool will be thin.

### Limits

LinkedIn replies use the same caps as Twitter (the overall reply limit and the Engage budget). See the table in Replies and Engage. Free plans cannot reply.

### Common questions

**Why can't VoiceMoat just post my LinkedIn comment?** LinkedIn's rules do not permit posting comments through a tool. Drafting and pasting keeps you compliant and keeps your account safe.

**Do I need the extension to reply on LinkedIn?** You can reply to tracked creators without it, but the home-feed candidate pool is filled by the extension, so it is strongly recommended. See Chrome extension.

**Is the LinkedIn voice different from my Twitter voice?** Yes. Each profile trains its own voice, so LinkedIn replies sound like your LinkedIn writing, not your Twitter writing.

# Growth mode

**In short:** Growth mode helps you post consistently. It builds you a plan to follow, and on higher plans it can draft a rolling calendar of posts for you to review and approve. It is platform-aware: a daily rhythm on Twitter, a weekly one on LinkedIn.

Open **Grow** from the sidebar. There are two products here.

### Growth Plan (all paid plans)

A guided plan you follow yourself:

1. A short intake where audenAI asks about your goals.
2. It generates a one-month plan.
3. You work through an interactive checklist of tasks.

You re-plan on a monthly cadence. This is for people who want structure and direction, but write everything themselves.

### Growth Autopilot (Pro and Enterprise)

Done-for-you drafting:

1. audenAI writes a stretch of posts (a set number of days) in your voice.
2. You **review** them: edit, regenerate, or remove any you do not want.
3. You **approve**, and the approved posts are scheduled onto your calendar.

{% hint style="info" %}
Autopilot drafts, you approve. Nothing is scheduled until you have reviewed it. Generating the posts spends credits (about 2 per post); approving only schedules them. On Enterprise, Autopilot can also generate visuals for the posts.
{% endhint %}

**"You still do the replies."** Autopilot handles drafting posts, not engaging. Replies stay hands-on, because that is where your voice matters most in real time.

### Who gets what

|                                 | Free | Creator | Pro           | Enterprise        |
| ------------------------------- | ---- | ------- | ------------- | ----------------- |
| Growth Plan (guided)            | yes  | yes     | yes           | yes               |
| Growth Autopilot (done-for-you) | no   | no      | yes           | yes               |
| Autopilot window                | –    | –       | 15 or 30 days | 7, 15, or 30 days |

The trial includes Autopilot, so you can try the done-for-you flow. Free and Creator see Autopilot as an upsell.

### Platform-aware

On **Twitter**, Growth mode plans a daily rhythm. On **LinkedIn**, it plans a weekly one, matching how each platform rewards posting cadence. The guidance and tasks are grounded in each platform's norms.

### Common questions

**Does Autopilot post without me?** No. It drafts and, once you approve, schedules. You always review first, and scheduled posts then publish at their set times.

**Can I edit an Autopilot draft?** Yes. Review is the whole point: edit, regenerate, or drop any post before approving.

**Is the plan generic advice?** It is built from your intake and your profile, in your voice, for your platform, not a generic template.

# Chrome extension

**In short:** the VoiceMoat Chrome extension brings drafting and replying into Twitter and LinkedIn where you already work. On Twitter it is a reply coach on every post; on LinkedIn it harvests the data VoiceMoat needs (your posts, analytics, home feed). It follows your active profile and never posts without you.

### Installing

Install "VoiceMoat" from the Chrome Web Store, then sign in to VoiceMoat in the same browser. The extension reads your dashboard session, so there is no separate key to enter. Once connected, it shows which profile is active and whether that profile's voice is trained.

### On Twitter

A reply coach appears on every tweet in your feed:

* press the reply-coach button, or hover a tweet and press **`r`**, to open the tone picker,
* pick from **12 tones**, use a smart auto-suggested tone, or a random one (keys **1 to 9** select tones),
* audenAI drafts **one** reply in your voice; you can rewrite, copy, or post it,
* **quick-fire** mode lets you queue replies fast, with an undo.

Replies you post from the extension go out through your logged-in Twitter session and count toward your overall daily reply limit (the same limit shown in Replies and Engage). On plans that include image analysis, the extension can factor in a tweet's image.

### On LinkedIn

LinkedIn does not offer the APIs VoiceMoat needs, so the extension gathers data from your own logged-in session (it never reads or ships your login token). It can:

* **harvest your own posts** for voice training and your own analytics,
* **add a creator by URL** to pull their recent public posts for study,
* **discover by hashtag**, and
* **harvest your home feed** (up to 40 posts) into your shared reply and Explore pool.

{% hint style="warning" %}
The extension does **not** post comments on LinkedIn. LinkedIn's rules do not allow it, so commenting stays copy-and-paste from the dashboard. On LinkedIn the extension reads; it does not write.
{% endhint %}

### What it does not do

* No posting comments on LinkedIn.
* No voice training inside the extension (training happens in the dashboard).
* No profile or account switcher: it has a Twitter / LinkedIn platform toggle and a LinkedIn-harvest toggle, and it follows your active dashboard profile. If it notices you are logged into a different Twitter handle than the one connected, it nudges you to connect that profile.
* No auto-posting without a click, and no reading of anything off Twitter or LinkedIn.

{% hint style="info" %}
Because the extension follows your **active profile**, switch profiles in the dashboard and the extension follows. There is no separate profile picker inside it.
{% endhint %}

### Common questions

**Do I need the extension?** On Twitter it is optional but handy (reply in the feed). On LinkedIn it is how voice training, home-feed discovery, and analytics get their data, so it is strongly recommended there.

**Is my LinkedIn login safe?** Yes. The extension reads data from your own logged-in session and never reads or transmits your login token.

**Which version am I on?** The popup shows the connected version. The current extension is version 1.9.0.

# Connect VoiceMOAT to an assistant

### What this is

You can connect VoiceMoat to an AI assistant that supports MCP, so the assistant can read your voice profile, your posts and your analytics, draft in your voice, and post for you.

It is the same audenAI that powers Content Studio, reached from wherever you already work instead of from the dashboard.

Once connected you can ask things like:

* "Does this sound like me?"
* "What did I post last week and how did it do?"
* "Give me three angles on this, in my voice"
* "Post that to LinkedIn"

Available on **Pro** and **Enterprise**.

|                         | Free | Pro Trial | Creator | Lifetime Creator | Pro | Enterprise |
| ----------------------- | ---- | --------- | ------- | ---------------- | --- | ---------- |
| Connect to an assistant | No   | No        | No      | No               | Yes | Yes        |

Note that a **Pro Trial does not include it**. It is on the paid Pro plan and on Enterprise.

Connecting works on any plan. The tools refuse with an explanation if your plan does not include it, so you can set it up before upgrading and it starts working the moment you do, without reconnecting.

***

### Connect it

You need the VoiceMoat account you already sign in with, and an assistant that supports MCP.

1. In your assistant, add a connector pointing at `https://voicemoat.com/api/mcp`
2. Your browser opens VoiceMoat and asks you to sign in
3. Sign in the way you normally do
4. You are returned to your assistant, connected

In Claude Code the first step is:

```
claude mcp add -t http voicemoat https://voicemoat.com/api/mcp
```

then `/mcp` to sign in.

Nothing is shared until you sign in, and the connection only ever reaches your own account.

***

### What it can do

Thirteen tools. You do not call them by name, you ask for what you want and the assistant picks.

#### Reading

| Tool | What it gives you |
| -------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| `get_me` | Which VoiceMoat account is connected, and your plan |
| `list_profiles` | The Twitter and LinkedIn profiles on your account |
| `get_voice_profile` | Your writing persona, tone, traits and sample posts |
| `get_voice_insights` | Your Voice Lab analysis: hooks, rhythm, vocabulary, topics |
| `get_analytics` | Impressions, engagement and your top post for a window, on Twitter or LinkedIn |
| `list_posts` | Your best performing posts on either platform, ranked by engagement |
| `get_post` | One post in full, with its numbers |

Reading costs no credits.

{% hint style="info" %}
**Where your numbers come from.** Twitter engagement is synced from the Twitter API. LinkedIn engagement is collected by the VoiceMoat browser extension while you browse LinkedIn, because LinkedIn's own API does not give it to us. Both show up in `get_analytics` and `list_posts`.

The practical difference is freshness: your LinkedIn numbers are only as recent as your last sync. If a window looks empty, the tools tell your assistant when you last synced, so an unsynced week is never reported as a quiet one.
{% endhint %}

#### Writing

These spend credits from the same pool as the dashboard, at the same prices.

| Tool                | What it does                                         | Credits |
| ------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------- | ------- |
| `score_voice_match` | Scores any text against your trained voice, 0 to 100 | 1       |
| `get_post_ideas`    | Distinct angles on a topic                           | 2       |
| `suggest_hooks`     | Three opening lines from different angles            | 2       |
| `improve_post`      | Runs a draft through the real Improve engine         | 3 or 5  |

`improve_post` costs 3 for alternatives to choose between, 5 for one deep pass with an explanation of what changed.

Nothing here posts anything. Everything comes back to you.

#### Posting

| Tool            | What it does                        |
| --------------- | ----------------------------------- |
| `publish_post` | Posts to LinkedIn or Twitter, now |
| `schedule_post` | Adds a post to your queue for later |

Both are covered in the next section, because they behave differently on purpose.

***

### Posting always asks twice

Neither posting tool acts the first time it is called.

1. The assistant calls it. Nothing is posted. It gets back the exact text, the account the post would go to, and a confirmation code.
2. It shows you that. You decide.
3. Only if you agree does it call again with the code, and the post goes out.

The confirmation code is tied to the exact text, the exact account and you. If anything changes between the two steps, it is refused and you get a fresh preview. It also works only once, so the same approval cannot post twice.

**What that does not do.** It cannot force an assistant to show you the preview, only to fetch one. Most assistants ask your permission before running a tool that posts, and that prompt is the thing that actually puts a human in the loop. If yours offers that setting, leave it on.

#### Threads

On Twitter, a line containing only three dashes splits a post into a thread. Each part is posted as a reply to the one before it.

```
First tweet.
---
Second tweet.
```

The preview shows the whole thing, so what you approve is what decides whether it is one tweet or five. LinkedIn has no threads and ignores this.

#### Scheduling does not use the exact minute you ask for

Every queued post is shifted by up to seven minutes at random, so your posts do not all land on round times. The reply tells you both the time you asked for and the time it will actually publish. The second one is the real one.

***

### When something refuses

Every refusal says what happened and what to do. The common ones:

**"Connecting VoiceMoat to an assistant is available on the Pro and Enterprise plans."** Your plan does not include it. Upgrading turns it on immediately, with no need to reconnect.

**"Your LinkedIn connection expired. Reconnect LinkedIn in Settings, then Connected accounts."** LinkedIn connections last sixty days and cannot renew themselves. This is LinkedIn's rule, not ours. Reconnect and try again. Nothing was posted.

**"That confirmation was already used, so this would have been a duplicate post."** The approval was spent. Ask again and you get a fresh preview.

**"The post text changed since it was previewed."** The text is not the text you approved. Preview the new version and confirm that instead.

**"This VoiceMoat account has more than one LinkedIn account connected and none is set as active."** It will not guess which account to post to. Set an active account in the dashboard, or tell your assistant which one.

**"This account is making VoiceMoat requests too quickly."** Sixty requests a minute. The message tells you when to try again.

***

### Which account it posts to

If you have one account on a platform, it uses that.

If you have more than one, it uses whichever is active in the dashboard. If none is set, it stops and asks rather than guessing. The preview always names the account, so check it before you confirm.

***

### Disconnecting

Remove the connector in your assistant. That is where the connection was made, and removing it is what ends it: your assistant discards the token and stops calling us.

VoiceMoat has no disconnect button of its own, on purpose. The sign-in grant lives with our authentication provider rather than in the app, so a button here would look like it worked without actually revoking anything.

Disconnecting does not touch your Twitter or LinkedIn accounts in VoiceMoat, and does not change anything you have already posted or scheduled.

***

### What it never does

* Post on a first request. Every post takes a second call carrying a code
* Reach any account but your own
* Read or reply to anyone else's posts, DMs or comments
* Delete anything
* Change your voice settings or your plan

# Twitter analytics

**In short:** Twitter analytics show how your posts are actually doing, on real data pulled live from Twitter, with a written read from audenAI on what to do more of. Analytics are platform-aware, so a Twitter profile and a LinkedIn profile each get their own (this page covers Twitter; see LinkedIn analytics for that).

Open **Analytics** from the sidebar. On a Twitter profile it has four tabs: **Overview, Tweets, audenAI Intelligence, and Reports**.

### What the Overview shows

* **Headline numbers**: followers, impressions, engagement rate, and total engagements, each with a change versus the previous period.
* **Posting activity**: your posting streak against your daily goal.
* **Performance over time**: a trend, a heatmap, and your best times to post.
* **What works for you**: length, hooks, posts versus replies, and your top and bottom performers.
* **Engagement breakdown**: likes, replies, reposts, and bookmarks.

The **Tweets** tab is a sortable, filterable table of your posts with per-post metrics.

### Where the numbers come from

Twitter analytics are pulled live from the Twitter API, including the non-public metrics that match Twitter's own Creator Analytics for recent posts. VoiceMoat stores snapshots over time so it can show you real change, not just a single moment.

{% hint style="info" %}
When a profile is new to VoiceMoat, you may see a "building history" note while it gathers enough snapshots to show trends. This resolves on its own as history accumulates.
{% endhint %}

### Syncing

Analytics refresh on a schedule set by your plan, and you can sync within that window:

|               | Free          | Creator       | Pro           | Enterprise   |
| ------------- | ------------- | ------------- | ------------- | ------------ |
| Sync cadence  | not available | every 30 days | every 15 days | every 7 days |
| History range | 7 days        | 28 days       | 90 days       | all time     |

Between syncs you see your stored data, with a countdown to the next sync.

### Who can see what

The full analytics (deltas, charts, the Tweets table, the deeper breakdowns) are available on Creator and above. Free plans see a limited, blurred view. LinkedIn analytics have their own setup; see LinkedIn analytics.

### Common questions

**Is this the same as Twitter's own analytics?** For recent posts it uses the same non-public metrics Twitter shows creators, so the numbers line up. VoiceMoat adds history, a written read, and voice-aware suggestions on top.

**Where is voice-match tracking?** Voice match lives in Studio and Voice Lab, not Analytics. Analytics is about reach and engagement; voice match is about how closely a draft sounds like you.

**Why can't I sync more often?** Sync cadence is set per plan. Higher plans sync more frequently.

# LinkedIn analytics

**In short:** LinkedIn analytics work, but the data comes from the Chrome extension reading your own post stats, because LinkedIn's official analytics API is not open to us yet. You sync with one click, and your follower count is entered by hand.

Open **Analytics** on a LinkedIn profile and you get a LinkedIn-specific surface that mirrors the Twitter tabs.

### How LinkedIn analytics get their data

{% hint style="info" %}
LinkedIn's official member-analytics API requires a registered-entity approval that VoiceMoat does not have yet. In the meantime, the Chrome extension reads **your own** post analytics from your logged-in LinkedIn session and brings them into VoiceMoat. It is locked to your own account, so it can only read your data.
{% endhint %}

To populate LinkedIn analytics, install the extension, sign in to LinkedIn, and use **Sync my LinkedIn analytics**. Without a sync, the analytics are empty rather than guessed.

### What you see

Once synced, LinkedIn analytics show real metrics for your posts:

* impressions and unique impressions,
* reactions, broken down by type (Like, Celebrate, Love, Insightful, Support, Funny, Curious),
* comments and shares,
* engagement rate,
* and video views and media type.

Your **follower count is entered by hand**, because LinkedIn does not expose it to us.

### Who can use it

* The base LinkedIn analytics surface is available on Creator and above.
* Syncing (the extension ingest) needs Pro or above.

### audenAI Intelligence on LinkedIn

audenAI Intelligence works on LinkedIn too, reading your synced LinkedIn posts. It has slightly less to work with than on Twitter (there is no live profile or mentions context), but it still gives you a written read of what is landing. See audenAI Intelligence.

### Common questions

**Why do I have to sync manually?** Because there is no official API, the extension gathers the data from your session when you ask it to. One click does it.

**Why is my follower count a text box?** LinkedIn does not give us your follower count through any allowed channel, so you enter it. Everything else is read from your own post stats.

**Is this against LinkedIn's rules?** The extension only reads your own analytics from your own session, which is what you can already see on LinkedIn. It does not post or act on your behalf.

# audenAI Intelligence

**In short:** audenAI Intelligence is a written read on what you sound like and what is landing. It reads your recent posts and your voice profile, then writes a brief, a set of deep cards, and (on higher plans) a "what to change" list. It refreshes on a limited schedule.

Find it as a tab in **Analytics**. It works on Twitter and LinkedIn.

### What it produces

* **"audenAI says"**: a short brief on where you are.
* **Deep cards**: a closer read across areas like your writing identity, what works for you, what is slowing you down, your posting rhythm, and where to grow next. Cards come with evidence from your own posts and a "try this" suggestion.
* **"What to change"**: concrete adjustments to make, on Pro and above.

It is generated on demand by audenAI Deep, not computed live, so it reads like a considered write-up rather than a dashboard of numbers.

### How often it refreshes

audenAI Intelligence refreshes on a rolling limit per plan:

|         | Free          | Creator            | Pro                | Enterprise        |
| ------- | ------------- | ------------------ | ------------------ | ----------------- |
| Refresh | not available | once every 30 days | once every 15 days | once every 7 days |

Your first read generates automatically. After that, the countdown tells you when you can refresh again.

### Who gets what

* **"Who you are"** (the brief and deep cards) is on Creator and above.
* **"What to change"** (the concrete adjustments) is on Pro and above.
* Free plans do not get audenAI Intelligence.

{% hint style="info" %}
On Twitter, audenAI Intelligence also folds in your live profile and mentions context. On LinkedIn it reads your synced posts only, so it has a little less to work with, but still gives you a real read.
{% endhint %}

### How it fits with the rest

audenAI Intelligence, your analytics, Voice Lab, and Engage all draw from the **same synced data**. One analytics sync feeds everything, so what audenAI reads here is the same reality you see in the Overview. See Twitter analytics.

### Common questions

**Is this real-time?** No, and that is intentional. It is a considered read you generate on a schedule, not a live feed. That is why it can write in prose about your voice and performance.

**Why is it limited to a few refreshes?** Each read is a deep, generated analysis. The refresh limits keep it meaningful (and cost-controlled) rather than something you rerun every hour.

# Reports and export

**In short:** on Enterprise, you can export your analytics as a CSV or a printable PDF report from the Reports tab. Other plans can view their analytics in the app but not export them.

Find **Reports** as a tab in Analytics.

### What you can export

* **CSV**: your analytics data as a spreadsheet, for your own analysis or records.
* **PDF report**: a printable, presentable report of your performance.

The Report builder assembles the report from your real analytics data, so it reflects what you see in the Overview.

### Who can export

{% hint style="info" %}
Export is an **Enterprise** feature (and it is included in the trial, which runs at the Enterprise experience). On Free, Creator, and Pro, the Reports tab shows an upgrade card instead of an export button.
{% endhint %}

### Why export sits on Enterprise

Exports and client-ready reports are mainly useful for people managing accounts for others or reporting to a team or client, which is the Enterprise use case. Solo creators generally live in the in-app Overview, which every paid plan gets.

### Common questions

**Can I export on Pro?** No. Export is Enterprise (and the trial). Pro gets the full in-app analytics, including deeper breakdowns and audenAI Intelligence, but not file export.

**What is in the CSV?** Your post-level analytics data, so you can slice it yourself or keep records outside VoiceMoat.

**Is the PDF branded for clients?** It is a clean, printable report of your performance, suitable for sharing.

# Paid trial

**In short:** the trial gives you a paid plan for a few days. It is a **paid trial**: a small fee up front, a card on file, and it converts to the full plan at the end unless you cancel. You can only trial once.

#### How the trial works

You pick a plan to trial, and the fee and length follow from it:

| Trial                   | Up-front fee | Length | Experience    |
| ----------------------- | ------------ | ------ | ------------- |
| Creator trial           | $1           | 3 days | Creator-level |
| Pro or Enterprise trial | $5           | 3 days | Pro-level     |

You pay the small fee now, VoiceMoat keeps a card on file, and at the end of the window it **charges the full plan price and continues** unless you cancel first.

{% hint style="warning" %} This is not a free trial. A card is required, and the trial auto-converts to the paid plan at the end. Cancel before the window ends if you do not want to continue. {% endhint %}

#### What you get during the trial

* A block of credits for the trial (100 for the $1 trial, 250 for the $5 trial), which is a fixed amount for the window rather than a daily refill.
* **audenAI Deep**, so you can feel the top tier of the voice model.
* The plan's features, minus the Enterprise-only extras (report export, team perks) and minus buying top-ups (there is no daily pool to top up during a trial).

The small fee comes back to you as **bonus credits** if you convert, so it is effectively credited toward your first paid stretch.

#### You can only trial once

{% hint style="info" %}
The trial is once per person, ever. VoiceMoat checks a few things (your account, the specific social profile, and your email) so the trial cannot be reset by reconnecting an account or signing up again. Once you have trialed, connecting another profile just shows a "pick a plan" prompt instead of another trial.
{% endhint %}

#### Common questions

**Will I be charged if I do nothing?** Yes. The trial converts to the full plan at the end of the window. Cancel before then to avoid the charge. See Cancel and refund.

**Why is there a fee at all?** The small fee (returned as credits on conversion) verifies a real card and cuts down on abuse, which keeps the product sustainable and the trial genuinely at the paid experience.

**Can I trial Enterprise?** Yes; an Enterprise trial runs on the $5, 3-day track and continues onto Enterprise if you do not cancel.

# Credits and the daily pool

**In short:** each plan gives you a pool of credits that refills every day. Most actions cost 1 credit; heavier ones cost a little more. Credits do not roll over, so the pool is "per day", not "per month".

### The daily pool

| Plan       | Credits per day |
| ---------- | --------------- |
| Free       | 10              |
| Creator    | 150             |
| Pro        | 250             |
| Enterprise | 400             |

Your pool refills at **midnight UTC**. Whatever you do not use is gone; it does not carry to the next day. This means your plan is really "how much can I do in a day", not a monthly quota you might blow through early.

### What things cost

Most everyday actions are 1 credit. Here is the full picture:

| Action                                    | Credits                          |
| ----------------------------------------- | -------------------------------- |
| Reply (text or image)                     | 1                                |
| Engage reply                              | 1                                |
| Tweet                                     | 1                                |
| Thread                                    | 2                                |
| Brainstorm                                | 2                                |
| Deep voice check                          | 1                                |
| Ask audenAI (plain answer)                | 1                                |
| Ask audenAI (turn that uses a tool)       | 2                                |
| Studio Improve: Quick                     | 3                                |
| Studio Improve: Full                      | 5                                |
| Creator analysis                          | 5                                |
| Voice training (after the free first one) | 20 (30 on Pro, 50 on Enterprise) |
| Autopilot post                            | 2                                |
| Generate a visual                         | 3 (5 for a batch)                |
| Extra Engage pull (40 candidates)         | 5                                |

{% hint style="info" %}
Some things do **not** cost credits at all: browsing analytics, reading your Voice Lab insights, the "draft today" idea suggestions, and audenAI Intelligence generation. Those run on their own limits, not your credit pool.
{% endhint %}

### Running out

If an action would cost more than you have left today, VoiceMoat tells you and offers a **top-up** (on paid plans). Your pool refills the next day regardless. See Top-up packs.

### More profiles, more credits

Adding an extra profile slot to a plan also raises your daily pool (by 50 on Creator, 75 on Pro, 100 on Enterprise per slot), since you are doing more across more profiles.

### Common questions

**Do unused credits roll over?** No. The pool refills daily and does not carry over. That is what keeps it simple.

**When exactly does it reset?** Midnight UTC, every day.

**What if I need more on a busy day?** Buy a top-up (paid plans). Top-up credits sit on top of your daily pool and are used after it.

# Top-up packs

**In short:** on a busy day, paid plans can buy extra credits on top of the daily pool. Top-up credits are used after your daily pool and expire after 7 days.

### The packs

| Plan       | Top-up            | Price                         | Credits                  |
| ---------- | ----------------- | ----------------------------- | ------------------------ |
| Free       | not available     | –                             | –                        |
| Creator    | fixed pack        | $10                           | 100                      |
| Pro        | fixed pack        | $10                           | 150                      |
| Enterprise | pay what you want | $10 and up ($0.05 per credit) | amount ÷ 5 (minimum 200) |

Creator and Pro have a simple one-click pack. Enterprise can buy any amount at $0.05 per credit (for example, $20 buys 400 credits).

### How top-up credits work

{% hint style="info" %}
Top-up credits sit **on top** of your daily pool and are only used once the day's pool is spent. They **expire 7 days** after purchase, so buy them when you need them rather than stockpiling.
{% endhint %}

### Who can buy

Top-ups are for **paid subscribers**. Free plans cannot buy them. The trial cannot either, because a trial runs on a fixed block of credits rather than a daily pool.

### Common questions

**Do top-up credits roll over like a bank?** They last 7 days from purchase, then expire. Within that week they carry over day to day; after it, they are gone.

**Which gets used first, my pool or my top-up?** Your daily pool first, then your top-up. So a top-up only kicks in on days you exhaust the pool.

**Is there a bigger pack?** Creator and Pro have a single fixed pack; buy again if you need more. Enterprise sets its own amount at $0.05 per credit.

# Cancel and refund

**In short:** you can cancel any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Partial periods are not refunded. Billing is handled by Dodo Payments.

### Cancelling

Cancel from your billing settings. When you cancel:

* your plan keeps working until the **end of the current billing period**,
* it does not renew after that,
* and you drop to the Free plan, keeping your profiles and history.

There is nothing to lose by cancelling early in a period; you keep access until the paid period runs out.

### Refunds

{% hint style="info" %}
Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access to the end of that cycle rather than getting a prorated refund.
{% endhint %}

### Trials

A trial converts to the full plan at the end of its window. To avoid the charge, cancel **before** the trial window ends. See Free trial.

### Who handles billing

VoiceMoat uses **Dodo Payments** as its merchant of record. That means Dodo processes your payment, its name appears on your card statement, and it handles any tax (such as India GST) at checkout. Your receipts and invoices come from that checkout.

### Common questions

**Will I keep my data if I cancel?** Yes. Your profiles, voice, drafts, and history stay. You just move to the Free limits until you resubscribe.

**Whose name is on my card statement?** Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, not VoiceMoat directly.

**How do I stop a trial from charging me?** Cancel before the trial window ends. After it converts, normal cancellation applies (access to the end of the paid period, no partial refund).

**I have a billing question that is not here.** Contact us at <founder@voicemoat.com> and we will sort it out.

# Account settings

**In short:** Settings is where you manage your profiles, schedule, audenAI, memory, notifications, billing, and the extension. Most settings are **per profile**, so check which profile is active before changing them.

Open **Settings** from the sidebar.

### What lives in Settings

| Area                   | What it does                                                       |
| ---------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Connected accounts** | Add, switch, and manage your profiles across Twitter and LinkedIn. |
| **Schedule** | Set the timezone, daily goal, and posting slots for a profile. |
| **audenAI** | See your voice tier (Standard or Deep) and voice-related settings. |
| **Memory** | View and manage what audenAI remembers about you. |
| **Notifications** | Control what VoiceMoat notifies you about. |
| **Preferences**        | General app preferences.                                           |
| **Billing** | Your plan, top-ups, and payment, handled by Dodo Payments. |
| **Extension** | Connect and check the Chrome extension. |

Deeper pages: Connecting Twitter and LinkedIn, Scheduling, audenAI Standard vs Deep, Memory, and the billing section.

### Settings are per profile

{% hint style="info" %}
Your schedule, audenAI settings, and memory are set **per profile**. Switch profiles first, then adjust, so you are changing the one you mean to. Billing and plan are tied to your account and its plan slots.
{% endhint %}

### Preferences apply on save

Preference changes take effect when you **save** them, not live as you toggle. If you navigate away without saving, unsaved changes are discarded.

### Deleting your account

You can delete your account from Settings. This permanently removes your data: your profiles, voice analysis, generated content, and connected accounts. An export is available beforehand if you want your data first. For how we handle your data more broadly, see Security and your data.

{% hint style="warning" %}
Account deletion is permanent. Your voice profiles, drafts, and analytics are hard-deleted (within 30 days), so export anything you want to keep before you delete.
{% endhint %}

### Common questions

**Where do I change my plan?** Settings → Billing. Changes go through Dodo Payments and take effect on your next cycle.

**Why did my setting not apply?** Preference rows apply on save. Make sure you saved before leaving the page.

**Can I manage each profile separately?** Yes. Schedule, audenAI, and memory are per profile. Switch to the profile you want, then change its settings.

# Security and your data

**In short:** your writing and your data are private, encrypted, and yours. We never use your content to train shared models, we never sell it, and you can export or delete everything at any time.

VoiceMoat is built on the assumption that creators are (rightly) protective of their voice and their data. Here is exactly how we handle both.

#### Your writing stays yours

{% hint style="success" %}
We never use your posts, your voice profile, or anything you generate to train shared models, to improve other customers' experiences, or to sell to third parties. Your writing is used to serve you, and nothing else.
{% endhint %}

#### Encryption

* **In transit:** everything moves over TLS 1.3.
* **At rest:** your data is encrypted with AES-256 in managed Postgres.
* **Secrets:** API keys and tokens are held in an encrypted store, never committed to code.

#### Access control

Your data is isolated at the database level with row-level security, so you can only ever access your own. The access tokens VoiceMoat stores to read your posts and post for you are kept securely and are **never exposed through the API**.

That holds for the assistant connection too. When you connect VoiceMoat to an AI assistant, the assistant receives a token for **VoiceMoat**, and it never sees your Twitter or LinkedIn tokens. Those stay on our side and are only ever used by us, to do the thing you asked for.

#### Isolation between profiles

Each profile's voice, drafts, memory, and analytics are separate. Nothing crosses between your profiles, and nothing crosses between different users. A social account can only be connected to one VoiceMoat login at a time.

#### Deleting your data

{% hint style="info" %}
You can delete your account from **Settings** at any time. Your voice profiles, drafts, and analytics are hard-deleted (within 30 days), and an **export** is available beforehand if you want your data first. See Account settings.
{% endhint %}

#### What we do not do

* No advertising or cross-site ad-targeting cookies.
* No selling your data, ever.
* No shadow profiles or hidden tracking.

#### Payments

Payments are handled by **Dodo Payments** as merchant of record. VoiceMoat never stores your card details; Dodo processes the payment and appears on your statement. See Cancel and refund.

#### LinkedIn and the extension

On LinkedIn, the Chrome extension reads data (your posts, your analytics, your home feed) from **your own logged-in session**. It never reads or transmits your LinkedIn login token, and it only ever reads your own data. It does not post on your behalf. See Chrome extension.

#### Connecting an assistant

Connecting VoiceMoat to an AI assistant gives that assistant access to your VoiceMoat account: your voice profile, your posts, your analytics, and the ability to draft. It reaches your own account and nothing else. It cannot see another customer's data, and it cannot read or reply to other people's posts, comments, or messages.

Unlike the Chrome extension, it **can post on your behalf**, so it works differently on purpose:

* Posting never happens on a single request. The first one returns a preview of the exact text and the account it would go to, and posts nothing.
* Publishing needs a second request carrying a confirmation code tied to that exact text and that account. Change either and it is refused.
* A confirmation code works once, so one approval can never post twice.
* Most assistants also ask your permission before running a tool that posts. That prompt is what puts a person in the loop, so leave it on.

Removing the connector in your assistant ends its access immediately. It does not disconnect your Twitter or LinkedIn accounts, and it does not affect anything already posted or scheduled. See Connect VoiceMoat to an assistant.

#### Reporting a security issue

Found a vulnerability? Email [**founder@voicemoat.com**](mailto:founder@voicemoat.com). We respond quickly (under 24 hours on weekdays), and researchers acting in good faith are welcome.

#### Common questions

**Is my writing used to train your AI for other people?** No. Your writing trains only your own voice profile. It is never used to train shared models or to help anyone else's account.

**What happens to my data if I delete my account?** It is permanently removed. Your voice profiles, drafts, and analytics are hard-deleted within 30 days. Export first if you want a copy.

**Do you store my card?** No. Dodo Payments handles payment as merchant of record; we never see or store your card details.

**Is the LinkedIn extension safe?** Yes. It reads only your own data from your own session and never touches your login token.

**What can an assistant do once I connect it?** Only what you could do yourself in VoiceMoat, on your own account. It can read your voice profile, posts, and analytics, and it can draft. It can post, but only after showing you the exact text and the account first and receiving a second confirmation. It cannot reach anyone else's data, and it never receives your Twitter or LinkedIn tokens.

# FAQ

#### About the product

1. **What is VoiceMoat?** The social media marketing platform for Twitter and LinkedIn. It trains a private AI, audenAI, on how you write, then helps you create, schedule, and grow with posts, threads, and replies that read like you, not generic AI. See Welcome.
2. **Is this voice cloning?** No. VoiceMoat is a writing product. audenAI learns your writing patterns so drafts read like you, but you supply the thought and make the final call. It scales your voice; it does not impersonate you.
3. **Which platforms does it support?** Twitter and LinkedIn. Each gets its own trained voice. See Profiles, accounts, and platforms.
4. **Does VoiceMoat post for me?** Only what you approve. Plain Twitter posts open a confirm window; threads, media, and LinkedIn posts publish after you schedule or send them. Nothing goes out on autopilot without your action. See Scheduling.

#### Voice and data

1. **How does it learn my voice?** From your real posts: your tweets through the Twitter API, or your LinkedIn posts via the Chrome extension or paste. See Training your voice.
2. **Is my writing used to train shared models?** Never. Your posts, voice profile, and generated content are not used to train shared models, improve anyone else's experience, or sold. Your writing is yours.
3. **What is audenAI Standard vs Deep?** Standard (Creator, Pro) drafts in your voice. Deep (Enterprise, and the trial) adds a deeper voice read, drift protection, audience-aware suggestions, and correction memory. See audenAI Standard vs Deep.

#### Plans, credits, and billing

1. **How much does it cost?** Free, Creator $35, Pro $69, Enterprise $150 a month, with two months free on annual. See Plans and pricing.
2. **How do credits work?** Each plan refills a daily pool of credits (10 / 150 / 250 / 400) at midnight UTC. Most actions cost 1 credit. Credits do not roll over. See Credits and the daily pool.
3. **Is there a free trial?** There is a paid trial: a small fee up front ($1 at Creator level, $5 at Pro or Enterprise, 3 days either way), a card on file, and it converts to the full plan unless you cancel. See Paid trial.
4. **Can I run more than one account?** Yes. A profile is one connected account, and paid plans allow several across Twitter and LinkedIn (3 on Creator, 4 on Pro, 6 on Enterprise). See Profiles, accounts, and platforms.

#### LinkedIn and the extension

1. **Can VoiceMoat reply on LinkedIn for me?** No. LinkedIn does not allow tools to post comments, so LinkedIn replies are draft, copy, and paste. See Replies on LinkedIn.
2. **Do I need the Chrome extension?** On Twitter it is optional (reply in the feed). On LinkedIn it is how voice training, home-feed discovery, and analytics get their data, so it is strongly recommended. See Chrome extension.
3. **Why is LinkedIn analytics manual?** LinkedIn's official analytics API is not open to us yet, so the extension reads your own post stats from your session, and your follower count is entered by hand. See LinkedIn analytics.

#### Account

**How do I delete my account?** From Settings. It permanently removes your data, with an export available first. See Account settings.

**I have another question.** Email <founder@voicemoat.com>. We read every message.
