In short: on Enterprise, you can export your analytics as a CSV or a printable PDF report from the Reports tab. Other plans can view their analytics in the app but not export them.
Find Reports as a tab in Analytics.
CSV: your analytics data as a spreadsheet, for your own analysis or records.
PDF report: a printable, presentable report of your performance.
The Report builder assembles the report from your real analytics data, so it reflects what you see in the Overview.
Export is an Enterprise feature (and it is included in the trial, which runs at the Enterprise experience). On Free, Creator, and Pro, the Reports tab shows an upgrade card instead of an export button.
Exports and client-ready reports are mainly useful for people managing accounts for others or reporting to a team or client, which is the Enterprise use case. Solo creators generally live in the in-app Overview, which every paid plan gets.
Can I export on Pro? No. Export is Enterprise (and the trial). Pro gets the full in-app analytics, including deeper breakdowns and audenAI Intelligence, but not file export.
What is in the CSV? Your post-level analytics data, so you can slice it yourself or keep records outside VoiceMoat.
Is the PDF branded for clients? It is a clean, printable report of your performance, suitable for sharing.
